Preseason Golf World/NIKE Golf Coaches Polls Announced
NEW YORK, NY—Golf World has published the results of its latest preseason Golf World/NIKE Golf Coaches’ Polls. Oklahoma State (Division I), Florida Southern (Division II), Methodist (Division III) and Oklahoma City (NAIA) all earned the top spots in their respective polls.
Field Announced for 2011 Callaway Collegiate Match Play Championship at Hawks Ridge Golf Club
NORMAN, Okla. – The field for the 2011 Callaway Collegiate Match Play Championship has been released by the GCAA. The event will be staged at Hawks Ridge Golf Club in Ball Ground, Ga., March 20-22. (More)
GCAA Announces 2010 Academic National Champions
NORMAN, Okla. – DePaul (Division I), Maryville (Division II), Carnegie Mellon (Division III), Ohio Dominican (NAIA), Frank Phillips (NJCAA DI) and South Mountain (NJCAA DII) have been named Academic National Champions for their respective divisions announced the GCAA. DePaul posted the highest recorded team GPA with 3.66. A total of 113 teams submitted GPAs of 3.00 or higher and earned All-Academic Team recognition. (More)
