Indiana Downs UCLA; Advances to Play Middle Tennessee in Final of Callaway Collegiate Match Play Championship

RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. – Indiana claimed one of the three remaining matches in its bout against UCLA and halved two others to slip past the Bruins to meet Middle Tennessee in the final of the Callaway Collegiate Match Play Championship.

Indiana's Seth Brandon pushed the Hoosiers lead to 2-1 when he downed Philip Francis after both players went par-par, bogey-bogey. UCLA's Erik Flores birdied no. 18 to halve his match with Alex Martin, but Jorge Campillo of Indiana sank a 10-foot birdie putt - also on the 18th - to halve his match with Gregor Main and push the Hoosiers to a 2-1-2 victory.
                         
Final round matches are currently under way.
